I cut my teeth in banking - 14 years of fantastic learning, fun and challenge. 9 of those years were in senior management, culminating in a role leading key projects for Lloyds Banking Group's sponsorship of the London 2012 Olympic Games. A programme unlike anything else, the Olympic Torch Relay and Games were amazing.

I've a deep interest and expertise in delivering strategic projects, change and communications - I'm a person who loves a plan, enjoys embracing and solving problems and can always find a better way of doing something - bring me a challenge and I'm in my element!

I'm as at home working with not-for-profits as I am big business and love variety and challenge. I enjoy bringing a thoughtful, inclusive and creative angle to my work and quickly build great relationships with the people I work with - even if they are on a different continent! More recently I've started working with US clients in Technology and love the fast paced, innovative thinking in the space.

I enjoy volunteering and am an extremely keen sportswoman, coaching Blueharts Hockey Club U14 Girls and Captaining our recently promoted Ladies 3's. Becoming a competent Umpire is my next goal!
